"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I propose that dA remove the ability to Hide comments. Why? I think it's a form of censorship. If the offending content is spam, by all means flag it as spam. But don't let the user hide comments for no reason! Also, "spam" comments should be able to be viewed (like on YouTube) so they can't just be ignored like the Hide system.
